Every times fact gives you a divide fact for free.

An array of four rows of six

Four rows of six is 24. So 24 shared into 4 rows is 6.

Words you need

Array

Fact family

Worked example

e.g. What is 24 divided by 4?
  1. Draw 24 in 4 equal rows.

  2. Count how many are in one row. There are 6.
