Method
Per cent means out of a hundred
Every percentage is already a fraction with 100 on the bottom.
Percentage to decimal: divide by 100
The point moves two places left.
Decimal to percentage: multiply by 100
The point moves two places right.
Fraction to percentage: make the bottom 100
Or divide top by bottom, then multiply by 100.

Worked example
e.g.
- Look for a number that turns the bottom into 100.
- Multiply the top by the same number.
- Write the equivalent fraction.
- A fraction over 100 is already a percentage.
- For the decimal, divide the percentage by 100.
- Check the three forms agree.
